Our chef
Our chef’s culinary journey began at the age of 19 in Italy, where he studied in Bologna and interned as a chef in prestigious hotels and restaurants in Riccione and Rimini. It was there that his professional philosophy was formed - technical precision, discipline, respect for traditions and the highest quality standards. After returning to Georgia, he founded the restaurant “Sakhli11” and today, as a brand chef, continues to develop authentic Georgian culinary culture in a modern format.
