The Sakhli11 kitchen is led by the energetic Georgian chef Kakhaber Tsikolia. He began his career in the best restaurants in Italy. Today, Kakhaber embodies his signature Georgian cuisine, combining classic dishes with his own unique perspective and presentation.

We bake our own bread several times a day, using select Georgian flour and following ancient traditions. For us, it's not just a part of our cuisine, but an important ritual that preserves the flavor and character of authentic Georgian baked goods. Warm, fragrant, and crispy, the bread comes out of the oven just as it should be, and reaches our guests as fresh as possible, preserving its simplicity, naturalness, and soul.
Our wine is a source of pride: it's all organic, created especially for our restaurant by Georgian winemakers from the western and eastern regions of the country, and aged in qvevri—traditional clay jugs. This ancient method imparts depth, richness, and a distinctive character to the wine, preserving its naturalness and authentic flavor. Each glass reflects the land, climate, and centuries-old traditions of Georgian winemaking.
